Jesus is a central figure in Christianity, the world's largest religion. He is believed by most Christians to be the Son of God, the messiah, and the incarnation of God.

Here are some things Christians believe about Jesus:

Life

Jesus was born in Bethlehem around 6–4 BCE and died in Jerusalem around 30 CE. He was a Jewish preacher and religious leader.

Identity

Jesus was fully human and fully God, both God's Son and God Himself. His Hebrew name was "Yeshua", which translates to "Joshua" in English.

Salvation

Christians believe that Jesus's death atoned for the sins of humanity, making salvation and eternal life possible through him.beautiful image1

Resurrection

Christians believe that Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead three days later.

Second coming

Christians believe that Jesus will return to judge all people. The Gospels in the New Testament of the Bible contain accounts of Jesus's life.
